The new Nordic Cuisine, as fronted by restaurants like 3-Michelin starred Maemo, and numerous Norwegian Bocuse d'Or-winning chefs, has put Norway on the global food map.
But it is not only in the Michelin-starred restaurants that makes Oslo a food destination. The Oslo food scene is brimming with traditional as well as modern food concepts that we are looking forward to introducing you to during your stay - including street food, food trucks, fine dining, an exiting cocktail scene, and due to the extreme high levels of coffee lovers - some of the best independent coffee roasters in the world.
