Meet Denmark's Mikkeline Møller Rasmussen

21 year old Mikkeline works as an apprentice at the restaurant Pomle Nakke traktørsted, located on falster out in the middle of the forest.

Her passion for food started when she was young, when she was allowed to join the kitchen table and cook.

– I have always loved to cook, and have always taken great pride in pleasing my family, and not least my guests, she says. 

The Danish apprentice is loking forward to competing in Oslo:

–  Matthias and I work very well together. We work together every day, and see it as a great strength in our collaboration and communication. We know each other's strengths and not least weaknesses, and know how to react if something unexpected happens.

I am looking forward to standing in the box, starting the clocks and representing Denmark. I am looking forward to getting to know myself better in pressured situations and having a fantastic experience with my partner, she says. 

Meet Denmark's Matthias Henrik Nielsen

Matthias works as an apprentice at the restaurant Pomle Nakke traktørsted, located on falster out in the middle of the forest.

His passion for cooking is inherited from his mother, who is also a Chef. 

– she would take me in the kitchen from a young age, and we would share the joy of cooking, Matthias says. 

The Young chef has conficende in his team ahead of the competition: 

– We’ve been working together for the last 2 and a half years. So we know each other's weaknesses and strengths.

Ahead of the competition, Matthias is most looking forward to represening his country:

I’m also excited to see what the other teams are bringing to the table. And having two days full of new and fun experiences, he says.
