Hinrik Örn Halldórsson, Team Iceland
Hinrik Örn Halldórsson is 20 years old and works as a chef apprentice at LUX in Iceland's captital Reykjavik.
He is looking forward to representing Iceland in the competition in Oslo.
– I am most looking forward to compete in the Nordic Championship and gain new experience through competition. Our aim is to do our best in the competition and hopefully win in Oslo, Halldórsson says.

Martein Rastriok is 19 years old and works as a chef's apprentice at LUX in Reykjavik.
He and his team mates are aiming high for the competition on Oslo in April 2023:
